no my oil pan is not confused, but it doesnt like sweepers...

it is pretty scary droping out of VTEC halfway round a corner at 100+

i want to make my own baffled sump, i have a few spare, but cant find any pictures of what they look like...

anyone DIY their own baffled sumps?

I remember reading some guys from the ITR forum making their own. Try searching archived topics - baffled.

ps. how's the header?

 

thanks man, done search & got some posts comparing spoon/mugen sumps etc but none actually showing DIY pictures

the headers are STILL at HPC, it is 5 weeks now! not happy at all!

how is your header? running OK with the O2 sensors on single pipes?

are tehre baffles in teh morosso sump?

i can only see one.

is one enough? i thought maybe two or three verticle baffles with a 1/2 inch gap underneath welded north/south in the lower portion of the sump...

to prevent oil from surging sideways under heavy corner loads...

or is one enough?
