Got the car in August last year from Fellow H-Tech in Jersey. now testing water to let it go.
I am selling since my Sister can't drive Manual transmission.

Here's the fact on the car:
1993 Civic SI, RED color.
145K miles (as of March 5 2003).
Totally Stock except for shortshifter.

This car is perfect for a builder or someone with time in his hand.
I was gonna rebuild the car but find that time is not on my side.
The engine is strong, no burning or leaking..
AC is cold, all electric are working.
now.. the problem with the car..
Mechanical:
1. Shift from 1st to 2nd gear on high rpm is crunched.(synchro problem, but low rpm is fine).
see below for fixes..
2. dash light sometimes totally out, but just hit the dimmer light to turn it back on.
Cosmetic:
1. Bent on Hood, Fenders, and front bumper.
2. small rust on the rear right fender panel but very minor.
3. Seats are typical 'worn out' for a 145K mile car.
basically if you replace the front and repaint the car, the look will be perfect.

The car will come with the stuff I gathered:
(price is included to show that my asking price is fair)

Uninstalled:
-used Transmission from a 50K EX ($250)
-New Clutch ($100)
-used Right Fender from an EX ($50)
-used Front Bumper from an EX ($80)
-used DC Header ($80)
-New Foglight Kit ($100)

Installed:
-used rear cargo cover ($70)
-New Panasonic MP3 player. ($170)

I want $3700 for the car and All the parts.
Oh.. And the 2 front tires are 6 months old..
Exhaust from Cat-back also changed last August with lifetime warranty on the exhaust..
basically I already spent more than 1500 for this car in 6 months..
too bad summer is not here yet.. so most of the parts are not installed.

This car has served me well from August 2002 until now..
average of 30-35 MPG with 89 octane gas..

Also.. the stuff that I have for the car is not for sale. in other words, I gather all those for this car.

if this is the case, I will have to keep the car since I spent too much $ on it already.
