195/60-15 is the stock tire size for my accord.

195/55VR15 Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 is what im looking at, it will fit right?

I see, HR and VR, what are the differences?

if i got 215 what will i gain/lose?

Right!

yes it will fit fine. The 195 is the tire width in millimeters. the 55 represents 55% of the width equals the height of the tires and 15 of coarse is the wheel height.

The first letter represents the speed rating and the R stands for Radial. H is good up to 130mph, V is good up to 149mph.

I dont think you will gain or lose very much. you will gain more traction but the tire will also become slightly heavier. Also If your car is super slammed you might have some clearence issues because 215 might be too wide. With a good suspension setup you can go up to 225.

you can try 205/55/15 if you want a wider tire...

going 195/55/15 makes a smaller diameter tire, your car will be a lil lower, you might need more air pressure to support the car, and the wheel gap i think looks bigger w/ smaller tires.

I'd say 205/60/15's but they dont make the kumhos in that size... im gonna go w/ yokohama ES100s in that size soon.

195/55VR15 is going to be a littlel smaller tire around he is right about hr and vr

you could go 205/55R15 and it would be almost exactly the same size around and a little wider

if you go 215/55R15 it wiil again be bigger and wider

what wheels do you have?

the 7 spoke wheels for a 94-97 accord are only 5.5" wide. if your 4th gen has wheels in that width, i would not suggest getting a 215 tire. 205 tires on my 5.5" wide budge out enough already.
