Default Valve cover bolt wont come off. I'm out of ideas......

I'm trying to take my valve cover off of my b16 and there's one bolt that won’t come off. It turns freely, but it continues to turn like there's a broken bolt. The thing is: it won’t release the valve cover, so the bolt is still connected inside I think... I don't think it's stripped either; wouldn’t it eventually come off or become looser (less tension)

I'm totally out of ideas. I'm glad I have you guys around.

put some vice grips on it, and pull while you turn it.

Ok, I did the next best thing. I pulled the valve cover straight up while turning the bolt.. Nothing happened.

you did get the ones under the spark plug cover right?
if you did just cut the bolt off with a dremel and go get a new one from honda.

put a flathead screw driver under the nut and pry it up as you turn the nut. The threads in the nut are probably stripped.
