When I read your post I really wonder if you can get both a cheap place that also does good work. I am also looking for a place on the east coast that can sleeve my block but that is not going to rape me on the price.

I would recommend Edge Bros. in NC, for sleeving the block. They are going to be doing mine next week, they are a little expensive. But you have to make sure it's done right the first time, and they are one of the shops that Darton recommends. I think they charge around 500 to install the sleeves, 120 to hone the sleeves for the pistons and like 50 buck to clean the block. Don't quote me on those prices. If you need more info, just IM me, i'll give you there phone number.
As for sleeves Afterhourz performance sold me my sleeves, great price and very quick shipping on the East coast. I think they are like 449 shipped for B series sleeves.
