ooooh, ooh, me me me I wanna answer...

Like already stated, OPM motorsports has most all of the go-fast goodies. Also, since the suspension is common with the 1g CRX, any place that provides '84-'87 CRX stuff is good, such as Ground-Control, Suspension Techniques, etc.

From OPM I got: Camber plates, torsion bars, eibach rear springs and coil over conversion, adjustable rear panhard bar, limited slip, Spec racing clutch.

Lightspeed also has a few 1g Integra parts lying around.

Walt Puckett at Delta Group Motorsports did his first 1g Integra header this past fall, for my '86 ITA/H5 Integra, and it wuz da bomb. Woke my old car up.

As far as cams go they're a non-issue since aftermarket cams are illegal in ITA and H5. Don't even try.

For other parts, odds and and ends, try the classifieds at http://www.g1teg.org - there are a few of us racers there (mostly autocrossers, and me, the lone road racer ).

For ITA, the 1g Teg is pretty outgunned by the 2g Integra, 2g CRX Si, and the 240's (and the Miatas, and the this, and the that....) but hopefully SCCA will see the light and realign all of the classes. Maybe when that happens we'll wind up in ITB (since we have just enough top end speed to get in a lot of the ITB guys' way already) but I ain't holding my breath.

For H5, this car is tha ****, IMO. A little more nimble than the Accords, more grunt than the 1g CRX Si's and the 3g Civic Si's.

If the guy is thinking about building a race car, tell him to save his money and buy this one:

That's $6000 Canadian, which is I think about $4500 US, right?

Similar in prep to my car (maybe better) for less than half of what I have in mine.

Good luck
