Eibach spring rates, I need help fast!!

Eibach spring rates, I need help fast!!
Just put konis and gc coil overs on my civic, I ordered 350f and 400r spring rates. It's all installed and the left front side bottoms out, spring compresses completely.
Does anyone know how to determine the spring rate so I can make sure I got the right springs?
