Default B16 intake and H22 T/B problem

Here is the situation. I have a B16A intake manifold and H22A t/b. I'm wanting to use the H22 T/B but have a problem as you can see.....

Is there any way I can plug or is there any plate I can get that will fix my problem

you should be able to fabricate a block off plate for the IAC on the T/B with some sheetmetal from Lowe's or Home Depot. You may need some shorter bolts to hold it on as well. Make sure its sealed off, you'll probably need some silicone or gasket maker. good luck!!

thats what I was thinking just wanted a 2nd opinion. Its not gonna have any coolant thru it just wanting to block it off. Gasket make think that will hold up, don't use that too much but it just may. Thanks again

i had to do the same on a ls manifold, when i was straight crv. that's the only way to get that to work, it's not hard to do!

Take it off, and just fill the holes with JB weld, Works perfect.. I did that to my GSR T-body..

Yep, you can make up a block-off plate with sheet metal, you'll need to make a gasket and use instant gasket to block off a small gap that the manifold doesn't quite cover.

Appreciate the help. So accually do it to the manifold and would be fine not the T/B.
