Tial w/g hood clearance

My tial w/g is hitting my hood frame support can i just cut that out and it will fit ?

you could if you really wanted....is the whole WG hitting or is it just the fitting on top of the tial? you can get an elbo made and have the WG sideways.

it just the top fitting that hits the bar support,it latches on but wont lock down .
