Default why would both fans be on Constantly?

both my A/C and radiator fans are running constanty, i don't have them grounded to be set up like that.
The A/C has not belt on it either.

sounds like a thermoswitch problem to me... its the thing that turns ur fans on when ur coolant get so hot... looks like this...


at least thats wat the SPOON one looks like hahah...

try removing the plug from that sensor and shorting (or just disconnecting) it to see if the fans shut off.
