on the inboard side of the bumper blinker you will see a philipps screw. back this out and then the blinker pulls out inboard side first and then the outboard side slides out!
then twist the holder and out comes the bulb!
then twist the holder and out comes the bulb!

or if your arm is skinny, you might be able to undo the fender lining (or if yoru tire ate it up like mine) and reach up and replace it... the right side you need to have the resonator removed too (fine for me since i have an aftermarket intake).
It was a pain to get a long phillips into the bumper and unscrew it, at least I think so.
