I don't see why they would not since ITR springs can fit any other Integra model. Struts are a different story but springs for an ITR should fit across the board for all tegs.

If the springs were designed to drop an ITR say, an inch, it will drop a regular Integra ~1.5-1.75".

the difference in drop is because R's and non-R's are different heights to begin with.
