Is the axle back part of the exuast same on 4doors and 2doors? cause I know the cat-backs are . But I am pretty sure the axle backs are the same. Cause when u go and buy a axle back exaust all is says is 94-01 Integra. doesnt matter if its 2 or 4 door right??? but cat-backs say specifically for 4dr or 2dr.
Will an axle back exuast fit on my 4 door thats all that matters??

I've done a lot of research on this too. Chances are it will fit. But depending on the muffler, it will probably be short and sit under the bumper. Not a huge problem.

However, I'm running a Greddy SP for a coupe on my sedan, and now my bumper is melting. Be careful.

 

so are u saying the mid section is almost the same too? u have a 2dr cat-back on ur 4DR??? and it fits??

 

I got a good deal right now on a DC sports cat-back but its for a 2DR. Cant get the same deal on the 4DR one cause they have the 2DR exaust in stock.

If I buy it will it fit my 4DR? cant I just go to a muffler shop and extend the pipe if it sticks in further.

I recently bought a axle back RS*R section from Turbo Imports for my 4dr and although it's designed for a 2dr, it's the same length as my OEM axle back. This leads me to believe that as far as RS*R catbacks are concerned (other manufacturers may be different) the midpipe is different, but the axle backs are the same.

 

I had to extend my pipe about 4-5 inches.

 

Normal exhausts will be shorter for the 2dr. I know OEM is at least because I had to swap on my buddies axel back from his 2dr to pass an exhaust citation and it sat under the bumper.

It sucks because alot less choices are out there for the 4 door, and sometimes there more expensive. So it would be nice to know. I'll probably just buy a 2 door and if needed get it extended.

 

I'm running 2dr RSR on my 4dr. Works fine. Tip is tucked in 2 inches.

 

is it just the axle back or complete exaust!
