Zach and I took this a year or two ago and I highly recommend it to the begining driver. There are several "stations" where you learn different things like, threshold braking, braking while turning, evasive maneuvering, oval skid pad, slalom, ect... It's a really fun day. At the end of the day, they put everything together in a open autocross-style course where you can go just about as fast as you're comfortable.

This is the perfect way have great fun in your car in a low-impact, fun environment without the risk of hurting anything. Don't delay too long. Spaces will start to fill up fast.
