After installing the donut gasket for the 2.5 collector i noticed that the flange on the header does not meet (touch) the cat due to the donut. I have approximate a 1/2" gap. Does everyone else have the same result?

Also, what did everyone use for the support bracket (arm) near the O2 sensor on the ITR header?

i think you need a bigger flange on your cat.

 

its a jdm header and cat??

 

are you using your stock cat?

 

sorry.. no. Im using a jdm header and jdm cat.

 

i think that gap is normal. Its there to compensate for the flex and torque of the engine. Thats why you have those spring bolts holding it in place.
