the intercooler is greddy sohc type 31



and no numbers..cause I dont care for it right now (poor college student with no current job).....it's my daily driver, not street racing machine....but happily boosting 5psi

 

Nice set-up...i see you ditched the blue box and i guess your using the FMU...and what size injectors are you using???

 

if the 31 the one they dont sell anymore? i'm debating between gettin a front mount or keeping my side mount

 

yea I think they discontinued my intercooler..the new type 31 fills up the whole front grill...mine is rare
as for injectors...its stock..if I have money, I would go for dsm, vafc, resistor box, and bigger furl pump.

 

i kinda like the 31. it looks like it would bolt up to the greddy kit perfectly with minimal piping. any cutting needed on the bumper? i'm hoping not cuz im thinkin bout lookin out for one

 

Doesnt he have the type 26 intercooler?

 

the type 26 had the driver-side end tank wrap around the bottom like that, also. but old Type 31s for SOHC looked like that but were bigger than the 26. he just has an old version since he says his is the Type 31.

BTW, what happened to your IAT sensor?? Did you drill a new hole near the throttle body and just stuck it in there?
