Now that I have gotten all of my issues resloved with this Kit all I can say is good good things about his kit! For everyone who would like to contact Alan about these great kits please send your e-mail here misterjung@misterjung.com !
I agree --- Alan is a great guy --- I also had a great experience with him. Now that his customer service is on par, he is a great guy, with a great deal on HIDs.
I have to disagree. His customer service before or after the purchase was non-existent!
Funny how when I paid him for the parts via paypal, he shipped right away because "money talks" I guess.
I had issues with the quality and the color nature of the bulbs I had bought. How the 5200k bulbs were NOT "pure white" as he advertised. Rather, it emitted a GREEN hue.
So I e-mailed him at least 5 times to ameliorate the problem. Unfortunately, he did not respond to a single e-mail.

I'm pretty impressed that those bulbs still pump out 3000 lumens @ 7000k. Impressive.

FACT: As kelvin rating goes up, Lumens goes down.
FACT: German made Phillips OEM bulbs (4100k( are rated @ ~3200 lumens.
FACT: German made Phillips Ultinon bulbs (5800k) are rated @ ~2400 lumens.
By those facts alone; you can bet that Mister Jung's Korean made bulbs, self-claimed to be at an arbitrary "7000k" temp, will emit proportionately less lumens.
And that's coming from an optimistic point of view. 3000 lumens, LOL

You need to e-mail him again now that his server is back up! He is commited to customer service but technical issues made him look bad. E-mail him again and I am sure he will take care of you.

Did you pay off his site? He usually never has a problem sending the product...only with customer service and questions.

They were having problems with their ordering system a few weeks ago, are you sure they received your order?

He lives in Gaithersburg, MD I don't have the # on me but I will post it up when I get home. He does not answer his cell phone much though. I had to go to his house to get my bulbs.

are you talking about his "1877-MISTERJUNG" number? I called and got nothing....man....i REALLY need the parts...it's scary driving with fucked up lights...

Buy some 9006 rebased D2S bulbs from autolamps online, the quality is MUCH higher anyway.

no no no...i just did a bmw retrofit and i have an integra specific hid kit (9006 base)...now i need to convert the integra kit back to oem style (red plug w/ oem d2s bulbs)...besides...i ordered and i'm waiting for bulbs (from ebay) oem harness (from misterjung) and BOTH are taking FOREVER.....

I don't remember where my first post about him went but I had to go through the BBB to get what I wanted. If you don't get answers soon...file a claim with the BBB and he will respond very quickly!
