Damn, I got rear ended about 2 weeks ago. Me pulling the frame out myself would cut the cost in half....HMMM.........I think I'll try it. Any suggestions before I kill myself?
i pulled the core support out. It was pushed in when he bought the car. Just a little pull and it bent out really straight. All my friends had their doubts but i knew it would work
i had the same problem in my hatch
i just used a bottle jack and a 4x4 piece of wood. i put the wood up against the cross-member and put the jack between the wood and the radiator support. then, jack away until everything is straight. worked just as well, it's just as ghetto, and a lot safer IMO

yea we used the frame of the garage and a series of winches, pulleys and cables, werked well, till we found out that the block cracked from the impact
