During a routine inspection of my moms 89 civic LX w/ 82k original miles I noticed that the condenser and cooling fans were running constantly. I checked the usual relays and found neither the a/c condensing fan relay nor the cooling fan relay to be at fault. I plan on going through the Helms to do the usual troubleshooting. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Im thinking its a/c switch related since both fans are on. Can anyone shed some light? TIA
