hey guys i gotta ticket for no front license plate awhile back. i have cwest front bumper and there are places for screws. i don't wanna drill holes in my bumper either. do any of you guys have ideas or suggestions of what i can do? pictures would be very helpful thanks. btw i went to the dealer and asked about the Y bracket on 98+ integras and they said it won't work with my bumper. my ticket is due to be cleared soon so i need help asap. thanks guys. peace.

 

could just have it on dash facing out the front windshield. people here dont really care bout it so i keep mine off

 

double sided tape. or drill the wholes. thats all i can think of that i have seen. only other option is put in front window and see what happens with that.

no grill... good idea tho. can i get a cheap black grill at home depot? thanks guys. more ideas would help.

if u onli need to clear the tix, then jus go to home depot and get some of that cheap grill mesh and just zip tie ur plate to it.

As for the front windshield, you cannot put it on there. I asked one of our campus cops and he said that the radar detector cannot read the speed unless the Liscence plate is in FRONT of the car, and not the windshield...

 

i doubt they'd just let u put in the corner on the windshield. my boy got a ticket for that also. just be creative and rig it up somehow.

Double sided tape seems week. Try Velcro instead. It might rip off your paint so don't use industrial strength, hahahaha.

if i were u, i'd just go put a grill in the mouth and zip tie the licence plate. I wouldnt want to put any sticky stuff on the bumper, over the paint. might be hard to take off later.

 

home depot, office depot...etc.. I don't think the regular velcros will tear the paint but do at your own risk!

Build a Fing bracket. Ohh Actually, Have someone make you a bracket. Any qualified "performance Mchanic" can build one FOR you. And make it all jaydeem and install piano hinges, so when you go fast the plate swings back and when you park it folds back down. Dammit.
