awww mike, youre not looking to do it yourself?! 
are you planing to remove all the arms and take them in to be pressed out or are you just going to drop off the car and let them deal with it?
i'm not sure how long you want to travel... my mechanic in East Greenville, PA could probally do them for you, to give you a rough idea of what it might cost i believe he charges $50 a hour, let me know if you might be interested in talking to him and i'll get you his number
