hey, my friend said that he didn't do well at the track last friday because he undertightened a plug and the wire wasn't touching the tip completely causing one cylinder not to fire.

he ran like a 15.7 on 7 psi of boost on a stock d16z6 hatch
could he have done that on 3 cylinders???
i'm calling bs

He had to have run more than once. Who goes to the drag strip and only runs once?

 

he ran a few times, 15.7 was his best that night
he said the car felt weak
then he says that one of the cylinders wasn't firing

 

you can really tell when cylinder isnt running

 

Really. It's like dropping a weight on your littlest toe. How could you make so many passes with idle time in between without noticing that you're running so rough?

Plus, wouldn't that throw a CEL? or do those not have one...this is the integra forum i wouldnt know
