Techna-fit brake lines
Alright guys, for those who haven't read my past few posts, some local shop tried to sell me a cheap strut bar as a Neuspeed and Techna-fit as Goodridge lines. I got it all taken care, I got all my money plus some back and got to keep the parts. Now my question is whether I should keep the Techna-fit lines or buy Goodridge lines with the money I got back? My big concern is if the Techna-fits aren't to reliable. I don't want a line busting or leaking on my fiancee (it's her car). If the consesus is that Techna-fits are okay then I'm gonna keep them, you can't beat free ss brake lines. Anyone who has any experience with Techna-fits or opinions please post. Thanks.
I don't think a company that makes brake lines would make them so cheap that they would blow. That would just get them sued and out of business in no time at all. You should be fine.
Sounds like techna-fit was private-labeled from a main manufacturer. Kinda lika how Nology sells it's own brand of oil...there are only so many oil-refiners and obviously if you could out-source the **** for a fair price and keep the quality fairly high, you would do it.
