I have a first gen JDM B16a and my cover says DOHC big and vtec small with an H symbol with honda motor company logo on the bottom. I think it all depends on the year and JDM or USDM and what car it came out of.

valve cover

b16a2 looks exactly the same as the ctr valve cover except black. Small Dohc and large Vtec with the honda logo.
