Help me with xenon lights, i am new to this
Are these lights an legit upgrade from stock?

Not they suck. 
The only thing I would spend money on are Real deal HID.
Otherwise try:
PIAA xtreme white
Philips vision plus
Slyvania Silverstar

My advise.
I bought exactly the same brand bulbs.
DON'T BUY THIS BULBS!!!
This bulb is not XENON, they are halogen bulbs.
I put those on my EG, and can't wait those to burned out so I can replace them...
This bulbs look kinda white but it's not bright enough... in my opinion.
and it doesn't project cold blue tint color like most of XENON lights do...
So,
My advise to you is: on this bulbs.
Go for PIAA Super White on ebay, budy
