My cars body has around 650 000KM I'm not sure what that is in miles
For your reverse problem do you ever try putting it in 1st then reverse?

My dad's '91 GMC 2500 4X4 truck is nearing half a million miles (470,000 or so) on the original engine and second transmission. (the first one was pretty bad, so he got a cast iron Spicer replacement)
edit: oh yeah, that has the 350 engine, burns just a fraction of a quart each oil change.
Testimony for synthetic oil: he just recently switched to Mobil 1 Synthetic, and it cleared up some problems....burning less oil and smoother running-less rattles, ect. Well, maybe that is a testimony for regualar dyno oil....ran that for most of it's life.
Oh, 18x,xxx on our '86 Jimmy. Engine is fairly good, but a lot of other stuff is going bad. (brake lines, ignition systems, gas lines...current problem is EGR valve)

Damn, I thought my 91 DX 5 speed with 142,xxx miles with original tranny/timing belt/engine was pretty damn good.
Paint still looks great, too! Burning oil though due to worn rings.
Hoping for at least another 60,000 more out of this little hatch!

i just cranked 204,xxx on my hatch tonight, dx hatch with mpfi (1500 miles since manifold swap) stock tranny and clutch, burns a little oil and timing belt is moving quit a bit (going to be changed saturday) and i replace plugs every 1500 miles, but the car suprises alot of people for being the stock interal d15
I guess mine's not that bad after all. WOOHOO!
91' CRX Si- 165K But just got an LS swap.
95' Integra LS- 130K Still runs like a champ.
They just keep going and going and going and going and going....................

I;m about to hit 200k on the car but, The engine only has around 3k since the rebuild. I had a civic with 300k but it was wrecked a while back.
Right now my odometer reads 89mi... I lost count of the accual miles, and this is not the original gauge cluster anyways, so I re-set it back to 000,000.0 when I dropped the new engine in.
my chasis has 215,000 but my new engine only has 180! (oh the stock engine ran fine but smoked like a bitch, and the front mount was broken so it would jerkwhen i let off the gas, and when i'd take off and such.
187k, OG motor, new trans. I keep telling myself I'll get a b16 swap when this motor dies, but the way it runs that could be years. These little d-series are amazing.
