FS: 89 CRX
Selling for a friend...
White
5-speed
144,000 miles (or so)
has 10 months left on the NYS inspection (shh.. you might not need to have it reinspected after registering it)
clutch seems pretty good
heat works
front and rear wipers work well
brakes are pretty much to the floor
alloy wheels - not steelies
new snow tires
special security feature only allows passenger door to open from the inside
no side mirror on passenger side
rear passenger "window" is made of duct-tape
damage to passenger side from previous owner
exhaust pipe isn't currently connected to the muffler
Usually would start flawlessly, and ran fine. Currently the battery is dead, but before the battery died, the engine wouldn't keep running unless the key was all the way in the Starting position. Could be the solenoid or ignition switch, I'm not sure.
Paid:
$300 - the whole car
$80 (I think) for some parts that Eric installed before I took delivery (I have the receipt somewhere if needed)
$500 for some other parts and labor to have the rear brakes replaced, the tie-rods and the muffler mounted (and something else that I can't recall at the moment).
$360 - snow tires that I've driven a couple thousand miles on.
====
$1240
I'll accept:
$600 or best offer.
