Default Teg vs civic

94 teg ls ran a 01 civic ex. the teg had a intake headers but no exhaust or anything the civic has a intake, headers, piping and exhaust. they both won an equal amount of times but this time the teg is putting 14's instead of his 17 inch wheels and and taking out his 60lb subs in the back. what do u giys predict will happen after all that tand the civic might strip his interior. this race is no big deal its just that we are arguing so much as to who will win that everyone is waiting for the results.

I would say LS, if the civic driver can drive it would be a decent match I guess..

We should add that to terms of service agreement..

"Do not ask if this car can beat that car, just ******* race."

why would the teg swap 17s for 14s, bigger wheel dia = more speed, keep the rims on and take out the music, but my moneys on the teg.

LOL, true true...Besides who cares? It's an LS vs an EX. Not to put those cars down but it would not be an exciting race to watch IMO.

a 17 wheel is almost always gonna weigh more than a 14. pure lbs aside, bigger wheel dia = more rotational inertia. which means the bigger the wheel, the more power its gonna take to get them to move. which isnt gonna help him win a race

Good call! I read the first line and stopped reading. Who cares which one is faster, they are both slow. Yes, I drive a slow RS.

i sure as hell hope the ls will win. my friend raced his civic si 99 against a 98 ls both had intake and exhaust but the ls had a header. we were equal up to 120 both times. so the ls should smoke the ex. sorry but i smoked my friends 02 ex and i was stock and he had an intake. so it sould not even be a match.
