Default ARP Main Studs. Was it worth it?

I'm in the middle of putting my Built block together and I purchased the main studs from ARP. The Block is a JDM h23 Vtec block. I'm planning on going FI as well.

So, that got me to thinking, was it really worth buying the ARP mains? I'm not going to be spinning the crank to crazy RPM's. Were the ARP absolutly needed? I guess I'm just trying to justify the costs of buying all this crap. I am a firm believer of doing things right the first time. But, wouldn't the stock been just fine as well?

How much better are the ARP than stock? Long term Benefits?

I've never seen the need for them on an H-motor, but then again, I don't have any PERSONAL experience on it, anyone else?
