Default Lubing Sunroof

My sunroof is moving rough, and I was wondering what grease to use on the tracks.
Thanks

Default Re: Lubing Sunroof (93 MR EJ1)

any lube you want. I usually use some ball joint grease on mine! Lubed it a little about a year ago and it opens up smoothly every time

Could use WD40, or other lubricating oils, but they won't ;ast that long

edit- you could also use some sewing machine oil...stuyff works GREAT.

JUst open the sunroof, lay some down on the track, open and close a few times, then add a little more.
