How effective is this? Anyone have before and after impressions of this sort of setup? (Without, of course, changing anything else)?

I get two weekends out of a set of Hawk Blues. Thinking about some brake ducting

Why does he still have the dust shields on that car. I think that the ducting would be more effective if they were removed no?

Jon,
It helps. I melted a expensive set of R4 race pads in one day at Bremerton. I use 13x7's with little ventilation in the wheel design. After adding ducting and Hawk Blue's, I didn't have any heat related problems there (granted, different pads). This obviously isn't the perfect duct arrangement, but any additional directed air helps.

I just heard from them and the fender liners do not have to be removed for the kit. They removed them from the car in the pictures because its a track car.
