Default DO all 98+ USDM headlights have this problem?

I noticed that the Driver's side beam angled more toward the ground, I could see a little spot light infront of me, and the Passenger side low beam are more spread out and goes 2 feet+ farther. Is that normal on all 98+ lights?

try adjusting the headlights. They have X and Y adjustments on the fixtures which will require a philips-head screw driver.

Every car is supposed to be setup that way, to reduce glare for oncoming traffic.

Whoa...I didn't know that. And to think I was getting annoyed because of the lower angled Driver Side headlight....

True, to a certain extent. Yes the pass side is angled more straight and, the drivers side should be angled to the shoulder.

Just to make sure exactly, take the car to a certified lamp adjustment station (most mechanics are "certified")

Just try adjusting them to your liking. If you dont know how you can probably get a body shop to do it. May charge you though.

Yea, it only takes 5 minutes and a screw driver. It's really not hard at all. The lights even have a bubble on them to let you know where they are angled.

The projector cutoff makes a pronouced pattern visible when the lights are shined on a wall, where the left side is slightly lower than the right side. If you shine your lights on a wall they should look like this:

__________o-------------_____________o-------------

Both headlights have the same cutoff pattern, and the high (right side) of each cutoff should be at the same height.

yeah but how comes my friends 95 teg and another friends 94 teg isn't like that? btw, the bmw, infinitis, lexus, merc. all have projectors, they don't seem to have that kinda setup, meaning they dont' have the drivers side angled lower than the passenger side.. they are somewhat even.
