will a JDM B20 fit in a 95 civic or a hatch????
i have a 1995 civic and i have a chance to buy a B20 for 700 dollars andi was wondering if it would fit and what i need to do it.
Yes, it's just your typical B-series block. Although I wouldn't recommend using the stock B20 intake mani. It sits pretty high, and really sucks anyway.
What tranny will you be using?

yes it does. but depending on the intake type your getting you might need to switch to LS type. SMX and some CRVs (99+) came with low rise intakes, while the 96-8 came with the 'giraffe' which will not clear the hood. (unless you want RAM-AIR (

The later B20Z's have a high rise intake manifold that WILL NOT fit. They have a slightly higher comp ratio though which makes it attractive.
A skunk 2 manifold will solve that problem.
