Oem silver?
when my car got totaled i painted it bmw silver titanium metallic, i thought it would be original, on campus last week i saw a silver eg? i was like wtf?!!! it looked stock, did eg's come in silver? it's the first one i have EVER seen.
My hatch is also O.E honda Vogue Silver Metallic:

...but I completely color-changed it to where there is no trace of the original Milano Red anywhere on the entire car.
Have you ever thought that someone also had his/her car color changed to silver?
There was never a 1992-1995 hatchback in silver - in fact there was never any 1992-1995 Civic at all in the USDM in silver.

nope it wasn't JDM, corners were usdm, it looked like a stock coupe except in silver... freakin' biter...

Deal with it. You drive a Civic. Do you think that you're the only guy who's ever thought to paint his Civic silver?
I'll give you a good example of biter though, and this one's undenyable:
Local guy rides in my old 1992 black Si for the first time - shows up a week or two later in his very own black 1992 Si hatch.
Upon selling my 1992 Si and buying the CX pictured above, the same guy comes by the shop one day and asks where my car is. I tell him "that silver one's my new car" and he went apeshit over it.
A wekk or two later he spraybombs his hatchback silver.
I guess it might be a coincidence, but I really doubt it after that turn of events.
But in your case it seems like not much more than you just happened to see another silver Civic - maybe he thought YOU were biting off of him?
