All Show No Go Decided, Where is ZDYNE Group buy
I think have just decided to not make my car look nice this summer and instead go forced induction. I saw a group buy for Zdyne a couple days ago but I've searched for the last 10 minutes and no matter what I search for the thread wont come up. I have some other sub questions that are probably very newbie, so while your reading this,
Since a B16 is somewhat high compression will it be necessary to use a different head gasket? The one setup that I saw with stock head/block was running 12-14PSI daily with a Cometic head gasket. Would it be better to use the stock head gasket and 6-8PSI?
Will the ZDYNE Gold eliminate the need for a VAFC?
Is there something cheaper, or better suited for this application than a T3/T4 setup?
When you buy a Zdyne ECU do they keep your old unit as a core?
Thanks

As a core you will need to supply a 88-91 crx Si or HF computer.
You will be fine at your stock compression , You will be able to run 12 psi no problems at all, it's all tuning and you will have all the tunning you need.
I have tuned many B16As and a B18C5 with the Zdyne. The B18C5 is stock compression and runs 10-12 psi daily.
Not sure about the Group buy though, Order it right from Z-dyne then you know what you are getting.

You rock, I dont get why searching for ZDyne doesn't work, is this search actually case sensitive. Thank you so much.
