Is there anyway to fix the IACV on the intake manifold for the 91 accords. It idles up and down, when you unplug it, still does it but not nearly as bad but its quicker and when I just plug my Y8 it stops but cann't use the Y8 on it of course.

if its doing it with the EACV unpluged 99% its the FIV.
