Whats the bore x stroke of 6g F23s? Does the VTEC F23 have a different bore and/or stroke than the non-VTEC F23?

 

Sorry I don't have any of that info. But a non-VTEC F23? It was my understanding the 6G non-VTEC motor such as in the Accord DX was a 2.2 liter non-VTEC. If there is an F23 non-VTEC, I'd assume its got the same bore and stroke as the F23 VTEC.

 

Nope, 2.3L SOHC non-VTEC. 135hp (i think).

 

all of the USDM F23 motors were VTEC.

the 94-97 accords had the F22 motors.... with VTEC 145hp w/o 135hp.

 

well then, i've been misinformed my entire life... was there ever a 2.3L non-VTEC Accord??

 

The 1998-2002 accord dx is a F23 non-vtec.

 

F23A5 is the non-VTEC F23. 98-02 sedans only. they didnt make any DX coupes

I don't know if the other engines had the same bore & stroke. Maybe I can remember to look it up when I get home...
