Lowering Springs
I've had the Eibachs and H&Rs over the years but not the Skunk2 parts. Both are very good German quality and engineering. As a general rule of thumb, the H&Rs are a little higher rate and a little less expensive and the Eibach tend to ride a little smoother and cost a little more. You won't go wrong with either. Each offers two levels of lowering. The less lowering is my preference but the bigger drop is popular if look is for important than ride quality. The lower the drop and the higher the spring rate means that your shocks will need to be stronger as well to control them. Remember to keep at least half to two thirds of your bump rubber present to reduce chances of bottoming.
BTW, I've had Neuspeed and Suspension Techniques before and they are fine too. I have some Vogtland's on now that are new to this country.

ive had all 3...i had eibach pro kit on 95 coupe and they were definatley not worth the money and yes I had decent/good struts I ran tokico Illumnas...I have used skunk 2(coil overs) for 2years on my crx I found them to high of a spring rate for my struts on my crx (tokico blues)..I now have H&R sports and there the best compromise between all out performance and comfort as far as a "regular" lowering spring goes. I would go H&R if you want a nice ride..if your more for performance go with skunk 2's...I think Id only go with Eibach if that was the only good brand that was available for my car..
I've had both Intrax and Eibach pro-kits on my hatch and I have to say that the Eibach's were WAY better. Rode better, I liked how it sat better, etc. They work pretty well for me
