Look at the **** i was awakened too. bullshit and this i couldn't believe that they wanted a 160 dollar stereo that bad. i know better know; just had to vent.

THat's what i'm saying, they could have at least jimmy the window and gently pull the stereo out of the console not just rip that **** out like they did. looks like time for a JDM console to match my sir cluster; look at the bright side. I'm just happy they didn't take my car.

i take out the face plate and other important stuff outta my car at night, u can never be to carefull.

alarm?spend your next $160 on an alarm.you can get alarms off ebay for under $50.95% of thieves wont mess with cars that have blinking red lights in them.Most thieves get out in a neighbor hood and walk car to car looking for anyones car that has anything of value,checking cars for unlocked doors etc.....They usually will pass up those that have alarms in them.

 

Alarm, club, autolock to at least try to prevent your car from being stolen.

 

exactly what happend to my moms accord, i put in a nice alpine cd player i had laying around, they threw a rock through the passenger window and ripped everything out exacttly like that

My car in front of my house => Clifford matrix alarm w/led in dash and stickers on back windows => 8 yr old cd player and 3 yr old radar detector on window => Liability insurance only

My gf's car in front of my house => No alarm => Brand new Pioneer cd player $300 => Brand new Escort radar detector on window => TV in back seat => various bags in car from moving home from college => FULL coverage insurance

And who's car do they break into? MINE. Don't take anything, just break out my driver's side window...lucky it wasn't snowing that day

But it was obvious they wanted to get in mine because the top corner of the glass was broken back from being pried on to reach in and unlock the door. Glass fell out when I opened the door.

 

dude, im so sorry about your car. I know how you feel. My car was stolen and stripped to the bone about a year ago. Now i got another car to take its place, but the feeling will always be with us huh.

these arent the ones that make a living doing it. This was a guy walking by, or seen the headunit before, wants to put it in his car. Find's a brick, window gone, pry that **** out, run like hell.
