Default Please HELP!~! oil pressure gauge....

I am buying a mechanical oil pressure gauge from a friend. The thing is I need to remove it myself. IS there any precautions I need to take?

I checked out Autmeter's website and the install instructions say to connect the nylon tube to the 1/4"adapter which it says "Connect line to pressure outlet on engine by using 1/4" adapter.

Does anyone know where this is located on the GSR/LS?

IF I do remove this adapter, do i have to plug it up? with what?

thanks in advance!~!

I believe that it is located to the right of the oil fiter. My guess is that you are probably going to get oil all over if you don't drain it first.
