When did EK bumpers differ from the standard 99-00 bumpers?

I just recently stumbled upon this front "EK" bumper for the 1999-00 Honda Civic while browsing JHP.com. Have I been missing something the past few years, I have never seen this bumper, it doesn't matter because I don't have a 6gen Civic, but is this what the EK bumpers look like? It is listed as the "Backyard Special EK front bumper". Backyard special my a--, it's $850 what's with the price variance if this is a EK bumper (obvious guy says cause it's JDM).

I know what this is now...after looking closer and then viewing one for the EK below it...it's for the hatch (liftgate/tailgate-whatever).

Looks like that bumper cover fits like a$$. There's a gap where the bumper cover meets the hood and bottom of the headlights. The lines on it don't match up with the lines on the fender either. Not my cup of tea.
some guy on superstreet had his canadian hatch i believe with this bumper. with a lot of spoon goodies....looks good and i believe he said something about backyard special!

That's funny, see because in the United States they call this "Canadian Bacon", but in Canada we just call this ham.

I really like the bumper style, looks like an OEM style that never was made, huh.
Yes it does not fit too well, but this is how the 99-00 front conversion works on a 96-98 that was done without the upgraded radiator support. That is what it looked like to me.
for a good looking aftermarket bumper.
for a price tag that Could buy 10 OEM replacement bumpers.
