I've finaaly decided on what swap to get. It will be a d16a6 with headwork and si transmission. What else do you think is need to get into the 14's.

Slicks, nice cam, valvetrain, and headwork, put the car on a diet. With a good launch you should be in 14's pretty easily.
B series throttle body, D16A6 pistons and rings, D16Y8 intake manifold, thiner head gasket Z6 or Y8, new cam...go check out http://www.exospeed.com and of couse a lot of weight reduction
in a 91crx SI lightly gutted.....with exhaust, short ram intake, and NGK wires ran 15.3 friend drove the **** out of that car.....runs consistent 15.5's but that was good night 14's very easy bud....snag some pistons and cam gear...
using a z6/y8 head gasket should bring you c/r up around 10:1
damn just go check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=335078 lots of info on d16s
