Two sites that might help:

http://www.angelfire.com/d20/hcivic88/dx-siwiring.html
http://www.angelfire.com/d20/hcivic88/4gtech_vtec.html

Have fun.....

Ship your B16 and stock wire harnesses to HAsport and they will mate them together so all you do it plug them into your strut towers and change the pins out on the ecu. There website is http://www.hasport.com. Thats what I did. Good luck!!!

2 suggestions:
1: buy an injector resistor box off of ebay, as you will need that to wire for an mpfi swap like the b16.
2: just get the dx-SiR conversion harness from HAsport, as projecthybrid04 suggested(www.hasport.com). I didn't want to mess with the wiring, and IMO it was worth the extra money to go with that. No wiring needed if you go that way; it's plug and play from there on out.

The wiring is the hardest part, **** me and my dad spent two 6 hour days but we had already put the motor in the car and we had to solder some wires because we bought a used Hasport wireharness that had some broken clips, it was definetly the hardest part and figuring out how to change the pins in the ecu was tricky but after that, it's all worth it bro, VTEC is fun and my car is stock on the outside so nobody knows i have it. And when i give my friends rides, they **** there pants because they can't believe my car can go this fast. Good luck.

well thats still not a bad thing; you would need to do that anyway to send your original engine harness, along with the b16a harness, off to HAsport, so if you choose to do that, you're one step ahead. If you choose to wire it yourself, I'd imagine it would be easier to wire everything with the original harness off of the engine, so don't worry about it.

everyone overestimates the amount of wiring required, it seriously takes like 30 minutes, 5$ in supplies, and half a brain to add/modify less than 10 wires. Just don't be intimidated by it!!! good luck!
