Default warped REAR rotors??

Here the problem. Whenever i drive, i get a sounds like something is rubbing. THis sound doesn't happen though when i turn left or when i brake. It sounded like it was coming from the rear so i jacked up my car and span the tire. The tire doesn't spin evenly, sorta like resistance and then no resistance and continues. When i brake there is NO shuddering. Is this a sign of a warped rear rotor??? Let me know, thanks.

If the wheel spins like you said it did then it is most likely a warped rotor. The reason you don't feel if shuddering might be becasue its in the rear and gets less load when you braking. I bet if it was the front you would feel in shuddering.
