I gotta quick question about the mounting of the OEM lip for 5th gen civics...I was wondering what hardware is used to mount the lip on the underside? I know that the sides are attached through screws, but I was wondering whether or not I would need to drill the underside of the bumper to attach the lip. Reason why I ask is because I wanted to add one to finish off the front of my Si hatch. TIA

 

Your factory bumper has the holes already. You can buy the clips and screws from the dealer. But when I had one, I just went to home depot and bought some nut/bolt/washers.
