Long story made short. A month ago I was rearended, damaged the midgate and the rear bumper cover. Never fixed it because I am battleing with State Farm about the cost of repair. Yesterday I was hit by another car. The hood, bumper cover, both fenders and corner lights need to be replaced, the upper and lower control arms appear bent on the passenger side. The headlights were not damaged whatsoever. Neither accidents were my fault. Both accidents the other drivers were issued tickets. It's a B18B 92 CX. Is it worth fixing?

I'd fix it if insurance will pay it...

if not, find another shell to put your motor and working parts into...

The State Department of Insurance is investigating my allegations towards the insurance agent. Hopefully I will get the midgate and bumper covered repaired from that claim. I would really like it if all the damages to my car were repaired. I would be content with that.

 

i wouldn't fix it, too much damage. get another shell, if you can.

 

Whats all the drama about? Some one rearended you and they dont want to fix it?

But I say you stick with you car and just get it fixed.

take the money from both claims, im gonna assume the car is totalled? Sell it on ebay or to an H-T member and start with a new car with all the extra money

 

make the claim against the other people's insurance.

If they dont cooperate, then have your insurance give them a call.

Thats what i did when I had Allstate insurance.

If it wasn't your fault, there shouldn't be any questions asked about fixing it. Just mention that you are taking them to court if they do not cooperate with you. Because damn, why should you have to pay for somebodyelse's **** ups. Plus thats why its the law to have insurance and why we spend so much of our hard earned money towards insurance and get nothing in return for it.

 

Well, the hatch is being totaled. I have to buy it back to get my motor and other various parts. I have already located my next hatch it's a Phatom Gray Pearl 92 CX again.

 

sell me your tail gate hatchdoor ,and the driver door ,

 

Tailgate is crushed, the door would be too heavy to ship.

 

get the money....and get a shell/beater
