where can i get information about vafc? is that the only way you know of to make power for this car? would it be to crazy to do a port and polish and a valve job? what about posible nos?
there's alot of way to make your car go fast..
N20(or NOS) is a great way to make horsepower, since it's cheap and easy to install. It's pretty safe for that kinda horse power gain.
The downside would be you need to get it refill after it's gone, and if you spraying wrong it could blow up some serious sh_ts.
VAFC is made by Apex'i, you prolly hear of the brand.
go to their site and do some reading, It's perhaps
the cheapest "chip" you can get compare to AEM, Jet or some other companies.
the best thing is that you can tune it your way, when you want your vtec or cross over and stuff. It's varible since you can tune it anytime, if you later on decide to
go FI(turbo, supercharger) you can retune the fuel map in your way.
I mean it's a smart buy. It doesnt really Give you alot of horsepower but it allow you to use the horsepower you have in the entire(kinda) map.
It's tricky to tune right, couple dyno runs are needed according to some of my friend who have them.
Bolt on's should be the one you looking for first.
CAI(dont know they have it yet or not), Header(you prolly need to wait alittle bit more for this one) and exhasut(couple good exhausts are out on the market)
they are refer as the I/H/E
the basic bolt on(they bolt right on replacing oem parts) mods
port and polish would be nice if you can find a shop that do it for cheap.
it require some skills to get a good polish and porting.

you should get AEM V2 intake for your car...other than that I havent really seen anything. You could get a custom exhaust made for it. Im sure greddy will relace an exhaust for it soon. Just give the compines enough time to make the products they will come out. eventually
