Default Insurance Company help...

Ok so as some of you all know I wrecked the teggy Well anyway I don't think my insurance company is going to give me very much money for my car. Does anyone know of any insurance law that saws that they must replace your car? I think that they normaly give you a check for it but I would rather they replace my car, is there any way to legally make them replace it? I need some help on this one so if you know anything about this or know who I could speak to I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Insurance companies will normally give you fair market value for the car provided it is considered totalled. I'd think that you'd just want a check - you'll be able to choose which car you want to replace the Teg with - and w/o any hassles.

And yeah, you may want to place this in the teg forum. You'll get more responses. Good luck.
