hey-- ive been waiting for month to get to the track with this b16a i got put in over the winter--- now i was gonna go to etown tommorow but not they closed--- i was just wondering if you guys could give me some idea of what 1/4 time i should be running with this setup:

nope, ur runnin mid to upper 14s. y do i say this??? cause i dont believe u can drive cause ur setup is just like every other B16 on the street. look around and find out what they run.

 

r u on drugs--- my boy ran a 14.7 in an 2000 si with just i/h/e

 

he probably his 2.0 60 footers...

with slicks you could see 14 flat easily, given good 60 footers and the engine is healthy

 

 

he ran his 14.7 on stock tires!!!

i agree a lot

except i have worked on many v8s...to easy... 4cyl is a task. Thats why im such a 4cyl (any 4cyl) enthusiast. It acually takes work to make power. Handleing also takes alot of skill..But thats another story

no your are on drugs...Si's are 15.7 maybe 15.4 or 15.5 at BEST with I/H/E i love people that think Si's run 14's with minimal mods

we are talking about these times as et's right??? not including reaction time?????? i know i cant prove that he had only i/h/e at the time to you guys, but i can probaly get him to dig up his time slip-----would that change your mind a little-----by the way--- im not trying to be a jerk or anything guys--- so sorry if im pissing anyone off

 

how about you just go and find out for yourself....by asking, you might be disappointed if you don't pull anything close to what ppl on here say you will.

your right-- im waiting for the track to open--- i dont make excuses for myself----i think if i cant hit a 14.2 with that setup, the only reason is because im a bad driver--- so now ive just been practicing!!!!

 

Check out the time in my sig. And before the CTR intake cam and tuning I ran consistent 14.8's with 2.3 60's on stock Michelins.
