Pretty sure it's pl3/3000... I'm not at home right now or else I'd be able to tell you for sure. Actually, look for a post by thumpu77, he has a link to his tranny rebuild.
You have a 89-91 DX tranny (or possibly an HF) as said above, the 89-91 Si trans is pl3/3000 and 88's just say pl3 for both Si and DX/HF
However, since it's been rebuilt, there is the possibility that someone swapped out the final drive for an Si final... only way to tell for sure is to put it in a gear and count how many times the input shaft rotates to each rotation of the axles, then calculate the gear ratio from there.
